We ask you to please consider Dads of Michigan among your corporate and individual charitable contributions. Dads of Michigan is now an approved chartist through the Combined Federal Campaign. CFC is the world's largest and most successful annual workplace giving campaign. Pledges made by Federal civilian, postal and military donors during the campaign season (September 1st to December 15th) support eligible non-profit organizations that provide health and human service benefits. Macrotrans uses Digital Voice Recorders (DVR) to assist clients with their dictations. Our DVR are user friendly and demonstrations on their use will be provided on-site. Our support team will always be available for those who need a help with their DVR devices or a replacement DVR. All DVR devices will be provided at no charge.

Upon completion of dictation, the notes will be transmitted from the DVR through the Internet, via a secure encrypted transmission. Staff from Macrotrans will immediately begin processing the dictations. Macrotrans guarantees all transcriptions will be completed within 24 hours. Select “Benefit Plans” in the upper left corner, then enter your state, Texas. This will bring you to a list of plans with plan summaries, plan brochures in PDF format, and plan handbooks. The plan I recommend to you for the most benefits plus the Reward program is the Group Health Advantage, Plan 1000. 

The premiums for all plans, both individual and family coverage, are shown in the tables below.
